Ultimate Diet Plan

This diet involves a crash diet of ten days of this technique. This diet will slim the squishiest tush with a quickness you wont believe. The idea revolves around getting your metabolism started and to continue good eating habits there after. The post diet involves lessening these products from your diet but not eliminating them like the ten days prior. Always take your vitamins. Drink plenty of water.

Eliminate all these items from your diet for ten days.

1. NO Salt
Having too much salt in the body absorbs water and saturates the blood.

3. NO Dairy
Do not intake of any milk, cheese, or products derived from any dairy of any source. Dairy bloats and inflames the body.

2. NO Sugar
Do not eat any sugar of any kind, including fruit. No syrups, nectar's, sweeteners, or sugar based plants of any kind.


 
After the third day your body goes through a big craving time, resist and you will come out victorious!
