4 Ways to Develop into a Millionaire!
1. Cash Only Policy!
If you don't have the money than don't buy it! Its simple! A debt means to owe money. If you don't buy anything with money that you don't have than you wont owe anything to anyone and thus not have debt.
You must pay off student loans first! Go broke for a time, at least you don't have the stress of living in a hole of debt to pay off. Live off your friends couch for a couple years, no one will judge you for not having a bunch of coin right out of college because everyone educated you know will most likely be in the same boat.
2. Never Buy Retail!
Always buy used. Everything you own should have previously lived at someone else's home. From TVs to furniture, CARS, art decor, video games, and even clothes, but not underwear that's just gross. If you have a bucket of bleach and turpentine than have at used undergarments. Go to thrift stores. Many of them have new style clothes. These new thrift stores aren't your grandma's thrift. The Guild Shop , a major thrift in Houston, showcases many fine jewelry, art, modern clothes, and vintage mid century furniture. Every week the prices on the tag slowly drop until the item sells, if the item doesn't sell it goes to charity.
Shop at 99 cent store or your local dollar store. Many items don't get purchased at markets, so the store must get rid of these items to clear the shelf for new products, and for all those unwanted items the dollar stores buy them up and sell for much much cheaper. Many of these stores have things like name brand toothpaste, toilet paper, canned foods, spices, toys, and holiday cards. Some places even have a frozen foods section along with fruits and vegetables.
3. Invest in your Health!
Buy good food! Get plenty of sleep. Exercise often.
Many important things occur when you buy good natural and organic food that you cook yourself. First you save money from going out to eat salty fatty snot nosed chemical concoctions they call food. Second you develop a better understanding of where your food comes from and what it takes in your community for this food to arrive at your food market. This better understanding will develop into a desire for a greater involvement in your community, nation, and world. Eating healthy foods will keep your doctor away, efficiency at work, and your brain sharp for those opportunities to get a raise in payroll.
Getting plenty of sleep keeps you alert and focused for work. When your body rest it can process the tasks of the day and store them. When your body stores this information you no longer worry about the situation and can wake up the next morning ready to tackle the next adventure.
Exercising keeps the mind and body in prime working condition and for this you will take less trips to the doctor and spend less money on medical bills.
4. Save Your Money!
Don't spend your hard earned cash on pointless iPhone applications, and corny but mostly irritating call back ring tones. Don't get all the bells and whistles, and just get what you can live with. Understand what you need for your lifestyle and get rid of what you don't use. The idea of marketing where you spend money in order to save money doesn't make any sense! Don't spend your money, that's how you save it!
Having a cash only policy, not buying retail, investing in your health, and simply saving your bread will push you forward in the right direction to have your financial goals flourish and shine.
